UBS is in an enviable position of having an employee base of high achievers who drive the company forward. The goal for this next iteration of Employee Referral Program (ERP) is to mobilize their workforce to actively recruit people who are “just like them.”

This concept is born out of the adage: It’s not just want you know, it’s who you know. In order for our referral program to be successful, we need UBS employees to tap into their network of smart, talented people that they know. Because the subtext of this campaign is employee empowerment and leadership, who u know invites employees to take charge and help make this program and UBS successful by leveraging their social networks.
